Refund policy

Because every DTOA Designs item is made to order especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or change of mind. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before placing your order.

 

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we'll make it right. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Orders can be canceled or changed only within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. To start a claim for a defective item or to ask about an order, please reach us through our Contact page.

 

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
