Size Guide

Every DTOA garment is unisex and made to order, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size. Please take a minute with the measurements below before you order — it is the single best way to make sure your piece arrives right.

How to measure

The most reliable method is to measure a garment you already own and like the fit of, rather than measuring your body. Lay it flat, smooth out the wrinkles, and measure straight across the chest from one underarm seam to the other. Match that number to the Chest width (laid flat) column below.

If you would rather measure yourself, wrap a tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal and not pulled tight, and use the Your chest column instead. When you fall between two sizes, size up — our apparel is cut for a classic, comfortable fit rather than a slim one.

A note on the columns: chest width is a flat, single-layer measurement, so the full way around the garment is roughly double that figure. Body length runs from the high point of the shoulder down to the hem. Sleeve length is measured from the centre back of the collar, along the shoulder, to the sleeve hem — which is why the numbers look longer than you might expect.

Letterman Jacket — AWDis JH043 (unisex)

The letterman jacket has a structured, regular fit designed for easy layering over a shirt or hoodie. These figures come from the manufacturer's own chart.

Laptop Sleeve

These are the outside dimensions of the sleeve itself. Measure your laptop and compare — the sleeve is a snug fit by design.

Everything else

Products that are not worn do not need a size chart, but their dimensions are listed in full on each product page: mugs come in 11, 15, and 20 oz; the pint glass holds 16 oz; the hardcover notebook is 5.5″ × 8.5″; canvas prints and posters are sold in a range of sizes you choose at checkout; and tote bags are listed with both their dimensions and their weight limit.

A few things worth knowing

Because these garments are cut and printed to order rather than pulled from stock, finished measurements can vary by up to two inches from the figures above. That is the tolerance our fulfilment partner publishes, and it is normal for made-to-order apparel.

On colour: heather and sport-grey shades are cotton-polyester blends rather than the 100% cotton used in the solid colours, so they can feel slightly different on. And because of how the fabric takes dye, the white option may read as a soft off-white rather than a bright optic white.
