DTOA Designs exists to put history you were never taught onto something you can wear every day.

Every piece begins with a story — a name, a moment, a movement that shaped the world and was then pushed to the margins of the history books. Bass Reeves, the formerly enslaved man who became the most feared lawman of the American West. Amanirenas, the one-eyed warrior queen who fought the Roman Empire to a standstill. The Tuskegee Airmen, who fought two wars at once — one in the skies over Europe, one for their dignity at home. From ancient African kingdoms to civil-rights foot soldiers, every design is bold, original artwork backed by a real story.

We believe culture is meant to be worn, shared, and talked about. When someone asks about the face on your shirt — that's the point. You become the reason a story gets told one more time.
